BPNI coordinates and facilitates the education and training of grassroots personnel in health and nutrition sector (with a fee), both public and private hospitals to enhance the quality skilled counseling as a sustainable support to mother-baby dyads. Unlike other courses our training course provides participants with an opportunity to do clinical practice, this is the USP of the course. A team of national trainers yearly review and update the course.

The cascade training program has been introduced in 17 states building the capacity of more than 45000 health system staff of National Health Mission (NHM) and Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) which includes field level workers as well.
